Full allotment to all upto 2000 shares applied and may be more than that irrespective of rights entitlement. Enjoy a sthe share will not come below this even after listing. Rate has come down as all are selling after getting rights allotment. do not worry. This is for education purposes and not an advice. Take your own decision.
