Hello,

I have applied for lots of IPO in past 3 years through Kotak bank's ASBA. Never got allottment in any. Recently I applied for Vodafone FPO in retail category in which it was firm allottment. I applied for 10 lots and received 0. Strange thing I observed is, on the registrar's site when I search with PAN for allottment name shown is "Surname Name Middle name".. whereas I corrected this in PAN 3 years back to "Name Middle name Surname". I suspect that due to name mismatch I am not getting allocation in any of the IPO/FPO. is there any way to correct the name? Note that my name show on ITD is correct, Bank account also has correct name(in accordance to PAN). I don't find information from where ASBA application is picking up name.
