This is a big size buyback, I would be really surprised if one share didn't get accepted. If that is really the case, acceptance ratio could be really bad around 15-16%
Not possible bcz No of orders 1,31,000 approximately and share holders on record date 3,35,000 approx. So 2,04,000 share holders ER goes to single share holders who applied. Thn remaining shares to other all investors who applied total shares.
It doesn't work like that. First the entitled shares are bought from the applicants. After that small shareholders are given the preference and one share is bought from each shareholder.

It fails rarely because subject to buying back entitled quantities they are bounded to buy 1 share from those who have 0 entitlement. Also reservations of 15 percent as well as computation method of entitlement makes sure nearly all time most 1 share goes accepted.
