Just purchase the share before the record date, you'll be eligible for buyback.
During the offer period, use the buyback option in your demat broker application (Zerodha, Motilal Oswal, IIFL) to bid for buyback.
Based upon the Acceptance ratio, your buyback application will be processed. If successful, Buyback price for approved shares will be credited to your bank account directly. Unsuccessful shares will be credited back to your demat account.

The broker will charge around Rs. 20 to 30 for placing the order.

Thanks for your reply.. I do have Aarti Drugs shares in my account and record date is 4th August. My demat is from HDFC securities but I don't get to see any buyback option anywhere in the app .. Last time I missed participating in Granules buyback too for the same reason.. Can you help if I am missing something

HDFC Sec has buyback option on their website. Not sure about their app. App was anyway a shitty one and I stopped using it a long while back.

@Yogi --- HDFC did not have buyback option on their website.

Also I checked on Zerodha , Dhan .. no one is having buyback option for AArti Drugs till now
