As per rights issue letter, I am entitled for 952 shares. I have been trying to apply online for right issues since morning but I am unable to find out any link. HDFC doesn't have 'IPO & Rights Issue" on Netbanking. The other option you have mentioned is to visit "registrar's website." What is that? Instead of such vague instructions, you should have given the direct link for online application. This is absolutely confusing.
