Been in conversation with gbnpp representatives, to start my geojit account, for over a month now. I do not know why it takes so long to activate a new account. My college has a corporate plan with bnpp, trusting in which i thought of applying for it. Missed out on important stock purchases due to such carelessness. Also, the representatives aren''t responding now. Customer Service is highly questionable!
