Guys, I think this IPO has potential of 10-15% upside listing gains(depends on market(Very Volatile), but I dont think its any better investment as company is very small) and in its prospectus, 500cr will only go towards managing existing operations and dividents and not in new growth projects. Separate FPO will be announced or can be done via QIB.
Also very risky is FPO by Yes Bank, as SBI will support it, but this bank is not going to be profitable anytime soon/ will ever be, it will be another indiabulls housing. And huge selloff will come after lockin ends.

Its costly IPO. I think listing will be on lower side. One should subscribe only if interested in long term hold for couple of years.
