Electrosteel Integrated Ltd IPO Allotment Status is now available online.
Electrosteel IPO was open on Sep 21, 2010 and closed on Sep 24, 2010. IPO was oversubscribed by 8.23 times (6.19 times in retail).
Electrosteel Integrated Limited is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 368,772,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue. The price band for the issue has not been fixed yet.
Electrosteel Integrated Limited, promoted by Electrosteel Castings Ltd (ECL) to setup a 2.2 MTPA Integrated Steel and Ductile Iron Spun Pipes project in Jharkhand, India. ECL has obtained mining blocks of iron ore and coking coal in the state of Jharkhand and has set up EIL for implementing the integrated steel and DI pipe plant.
The issue opens on Sep 21, 2010, and closes for subscription on Sep 24, 2010. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The Electrosteel IPO is proposed to open on September 21, 2010. The IPO application ends on September 24, 2010.
Retail investors can apply in the retail or non-institutional investor category from September 21, 2010 to September 24, 2010. The Electrosteel IPO can be applied online through Net Bank (ASBA method) or the stock broker (UPI method).
