Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd IPO to open on Mar 18, 2016 and close for subscription on Mar 22, 2016. Company is raising upto Rs 70 Cr. The equity shares of the company to be list at BSE and NSE.

Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of *** Equity Shares of Rs 10 each aggregating up to Rs 70 crores. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 40 at lower level and Rs 45 at upper level.

Incorporated in 1986, Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd (BWR) is engaged in manufacturing and sales of wire ropes, structural strands, slings and wires which find its application in in general engineering, fishing, elevators, cranes, material handling, power transmission, suspension bridges, onshore / offshore oil exploration, ports and shipping, mining, defence, railways etc. Company is also engaged in the business of trading of the steel related products.

The issue opens on Mar 18, 2016 and closes for subscription on Mar 22, 2016. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
