Without taking risk you won't get anything as simple as that.

Only because of 1st day bidding scheme. Whatevwr the company but if operator is active then no one can stop this to fly high. But overall its a trap for retailer. F4om tomorrow we can not see a subscription till the end. As majority is done by today from active SME traders.
PFC loan is given without collateral which means that the company is inherently deemed strong only on the basis of the project - Such a large project requires debt but equity is also there with very comfortable DE ratio
Dear Small Investor, From the first look it seems it may be another Deccan. Company fundamentally strong. Promoters are good. According to Dilip Devda promoters already shifted their first sme stock to main board. This is second company to list sme category. Negative side is Solar Energy, large issue, and LM is not panatomoth.
#rajkumarji so basically we shud apply or not i applied in shree krishna infrastructure coz it went more than 4 times in retail subscription but i m making heavy loss in it so can't figure out what to do. kindly advise
Please read the prospectus carefully - I have read it now and note the following issues:
(1) Pledge: The pledge is with SBI which has given approval for creating lock-in by removal of pledge and then re-pledged: The company is servicing debt regularly as there is no default or delay mentioned for the debt
(2) WAA Solar: On studying the prospectus, one can realise it is not comparable to WAA Solar - While WAA is having only few IPP assets and one PPA with a DISCOM, KPI has 15 MW up & running with reputed parties & at a rate of ~ Rs. 6.58 per unit - Also, WAA does not do CPP but KPI is doing CPP very well - If one will examine carefully, only thing common is solar sector!!
Dear SME EXPERTISE Long term borrowing is 33 cr. and short term borrowing is NIL. Debt Equity Ratio is 0.63 Farokh G Patel promoter pledged his 17.20% shares 22,49,402 with SBI Sir Where did you find 127 crore. I find page 181 where Long Term Borrowing with SBI Term Loan I is only 27 crore and Term Loan 2 is 5 cr. Total loan with Sbi is 32 cr.
