It seems you are student of value investing, tabhi itna comparison kar rahe hain.
It is the characteristic of the Bull Market. There is a joke that one should not raise money by listing when it is actually required but one must raise money when market is hot and money is readily available.
Abhi dekhiye Khadim ka issue, Bata se mahnga, HDFC Life, ICICI pru se mehnga, Mahindra logistics, apne saare comparable peers se mehnga, India Energy Exchange BSE aur MCX se Mehnga. Hence, if ANI is costlier than Aarvi, it is in line with the market trend.
Look at the margin. It has been shoot up in FY 2017 disproportionately aur ye tab hua hai jab log kah rahe the ki demonetisation ne FY 2017 mein dhandha chaupat kar diya. Jitna black ko white kiya demonetisation ke time, seedhe PAT mein add kar diya, phir high PE par market se paise raise karo aur aish karo. But do not worry. This issue is still better than many more SME issues. Aur jab ye bhagega to saath mein Aarvi Encon bhi bhagega. The issue is going to be subscribed heavily aur Isme allotment ratio may be at least 1/40, hence, if you need fast money grab few lots of Aarvi Encon and sell the same after ANI listing.

Pulz electronics ipo seems to be better than Ani as this is very good company.

Hem is not the problem if issue is fairly priced for example RKEC.
IF you calculate on average eps of last three fiscal then it is expensive.
But if you calculate on last fiscal earnings then it is cheap
That''s why I raised questions on dramatic increase in top & bottom line in last fiscal, in my early post.

Different from this issue. Wanted to ask you about hidden jewel like Junction Fabrics and Apparels has shown fantastic results half yearly (30/09/17) EPS 3.50 and getting at P/E of 7.71. results on their website Still BSE has not published. Net profit surpassed last year''s in just this half year. . Very few know about this scrip.I think it is worth buying rather than putting money in this IPO.
