Hi its been more than a month now,this burnpur has kept my money.Are they going to pay me interest on my refund amount.I've been calling on their nos but every time the responsible person is either having lunch or tea.God knows when i'll get my money!
Can anyone help me,how to forward this issue to SEBI!

I am yet to receive refund from Burnur IPO. My application no. is 3021297. I have not got any allotment. Can you let me know where do I check the status?

Is there a formal way for this - please let us know..
there are many people who are suffereing as their refund is still not received.

I have written one mail to registrar. But no Reply.
First Write/ Call the Registrar. He didn't reply within 48 Hours
we all will forward the same mail to SEBI and raise complaint against the registrar.
More than 30 Days fund is with registrar.
They have to pay intererst for that as per SEBI Rules.

I have applied 2500 shares, but allotted - Nil - Till today
- No Refund. I spoke to Uttam Das in Burnpur Cement on Saturday.
He said they have sent the refund cheques through speedpost on 28.12.2007.

If you dont get refund within 30 days..you can lodge official complin against Registrar
