Only anomaly is company has in Nov 2022 sanctioned Rs. 10 cr WC loan from ICICI and now proposing to use IPO for WC instead of bank loan. Not sure why sudden change of heart !! SME INVESTOR (300+ Posts)	Avoid Draft Prospectus filed on 28/11/2022 and Got BSE approval on 02/12/2022 (In 4 working days) and issue opening on 08/12/2022, what a confidence over company and LM is concern. Is this sufficient time for regulator to do their due diligence.
