115/- per share. Today it is at about 67/- p. share. What are future prospectes. I should it keep it or sell it.

I have applied for 140 shares at cut off price ( for Rs.49000/-) vide bid application form no.32225794 & have not been allotted any share. But till date i.e 20/08/07 I have not received refund in my account. Please guide me what to do next. I am comtemplating legal action also.
