Finally applied. My gut feeling says that this won't disappoint on listing and the GMP would rise.

Skipping this, no rev. growth for 3 years - even for FY'24 assuming 70% rev. in H1 as per seasonality, shows flat trajectory. Market does not reward flat biz even if margins are good (recent example of New Swan).

Not taking chance because not keen to hold long term, risk takers can take a bet because downside is limited.

Final Verdict - I thought to avoid this earlier due to shortage of funds. But, IPO price looks good to me to try my luck (if allotted, I will be happy); I dont expect this to list with high margin, so if not allotted, I may enter this stock in secondary market too.

This can be a good portfolio stock. But it holds risk of negative listing too, so if you are only applying with sole purpose of listing gain, I would recommend to avoid it. There are other better options already in IPO market for listing gains.

Mostly, I am planning to apply in this one, looks quite good to me. Maybe, will not apply all my funds here as refunds these days are not guaranteed in 2 days (and there are so many other IPOs closing on 28th).

I will take final call tomorrow based on subscription and analyzing the IPOs opening tomorrow.

I will apply in this ipo (moderate, not FF) for following reasons:

Positives
1. Excellent profit growth
1.16 to 2.48 to 5.34 to appox 9.02 crores

2. Post ipo p/e of less than 10.

3. Good track record of LM

4. Apply rating of DD sir

Negatives:

1. Negligible GMP

2. No QIB, means high free float.

i want to add more regarding point no 2 negative

2) QIB have no important nd visible role in SME IPO...most of times qib sells their allotment in pre opening sessions it self or first day....

Thank you for your encouraging words.

I beg to slightly differ from your stand on QIB role. Not all QIBs can exit on day one as anchor investors portion of QIB which is significantly higher in size, is locked in for a month.

Therefore QIB quota ensures lower free float on listing day.

Off topic
Sebi has started investigation against mule accounts which are used to increase subscription figure. Its good step towards transparency & eradication of bogus applicants from ipo market.

Can we apply multiple applications using same UPI ID, but with different PANs?

Please provide priority for SME IPOs closing on Apr-28 based on strong fundamentals?

For me, this is a good company, its just that it may not give bumper listing.., one may need to remain invested for short to mid period for good gains. I cannot hold my funds for longer period, due to year end/year beginning commitments.

But again, based on tomorrow final subscription, I may plan to block 1 lot (if allotted) otherwise, many other IPOs are opening tomorrow and couple of them look very attractive at this moment, so I may focus my shift there.

Anyone, looking for medium term investment, can definitely apply here.
