whats the allotment process in HNI for SME and B-HNI & S-HNI in main board if its oversubscribed

Subsidiary is part of company or different entities (means if we are holding shares of VinSYS, do we have any claim on Vikvins [subsidiary]). It is repaying loan 4.02 Cr and then again giving loan 4.1 Cr to Vikvins.
I am just curious to know what is advantage of this arrangement. Is it tax or regulatory issue. Can any expert explain this?

@PKRAJ sir, if you check out the RHP section for Litigation involving Tax Liability, you'll find lots of shady business done by the company, there might be some truth to the allegations made bay Mr. Zafar.

@PeterEngland In RHP many things regarding tax disputes may be there. With business houses such disputes are common thing.
My thinking was on the sentence in the post. This sentence will not be there in the RHP.
All have right to write their views and only Admin can object or disable the post. Here admin have no problem, I think so.
