@ Issue Price 400 , Issue size becomes 1400 crore and Market cap 4000 crore approx.
@ Issue Price 450 , Issue size becomes 1575 crore and Market cap 4500 crore approx.
@ Issue Price 500 , Issue size becomes 1750 crore and Market cap 5000 crore approx.

Issuue price below 400 is preferable as per DRHP numbers up to March 2021 unless and otherwise RHP shows some magic numbers for June 2021 like other issuing companies.

Krsnaa Diagnostic @ CMP 925 technically likely to slip at 880-885.

As I mentioned earlier in my post on 22nd Aug. , issue price below 400 is preferable but unfortunately it comes with 531 which leaves very little on the table for us retailors.

Krsnaa Diagnostic recorded low of 862 just before 3 days. If it slips below 800 due to any correction in the market then this 35 Rs. Gmp will also disappear in no time before listing.

Conservative investers can avoid this IPO. Those who have high risk appetite can apply for some 5 % listing gain. Listing can be similar to GLS.

Vijaya Diagnostics share holding in Medinova Diagnostics is 62.14%.

That''s a interesting fact. Medinova doing very badly except last year Covid gave it first yearly profit. Not confidence inspiring.
Unless some other strong factor comes up, I will avoid this as there are very good companies like Lalpath and Thyrocare etc. available in secondary market.

Looks like that discount of 10% to employees is the only listing gain on listing day that too for employees only. Retail are once again will b disappoint with this fully ofs issue. Listing may be at par.

I may skip this, another "Reddy" dominating business. I have very high regards to Dr. Nageshwar Reddy, who is independent director but not on others. I will wait until the price band is announced and then decide. I feel Krsnaa has unique and better business model than any other diagnostic businesses.

Every ipo not like. IRCTC, HAPPIEST MIND, ROUTE MOBILE.

Whenever allotted an ipo listing day exit strategy we must follow .
Example : gr infra, tatva, clean science gave more than 95% or above on listing but some people here holding they want much more

Out of the given list one exception is that of Exxaro Tiles which never went below the issue price. Less fancied and a tiny IPO listed under T group.

I believe that there is a possibility of a better price, keeping in view your purchase price, if you can hold it for a period upto one year. I am not sure. Of course, I am not having much knowledge in this regard. Please seek the advice of IPO GURUS/ MENTORS/ CONTRIBUTERS/ other members, having the required knowledge and studying/ watching the share, before you act.

52 week High of Kaveri Seeds as seen by me today is 815. That may give some confidence.

Price should be around 400 then only , there will be something for retail investor to profit otherwise they will again utilize the IPO boom by placing it very higher like 700-800...

I want to know Basic service demate account(BSDA) norms are applicable to full service brokers??
i called to axis direct they told me i must pay AMC 750+GST each year irrespective of my holding amount!!

customer care executive is not willing to co-operate further on this issue!! 😂 i think they are unaware oF BSDA.If anyone has axis direct account and eligible for BSDA and avoiding AMC?

You should file a complaint to SEBI,. And also inform to said broker, when you are about to complain. They will come running to you to convert the same. No broker whether so called FULL SERVICE or DISCOUNT BROKERS can deny opening or converting existing demat account to BSDA.
As per SEBI rule. they are bound to offer such facility to those who wish to, subject to certain conditions.
AMC - if holdings below Rs 50,000 is NIL
Holdings between 50,000 to 2 lakhs AMC is 100 +gst. Nobody can have their own rules. We all do have many demat accounts just for applying in IPOs

If you have only 1 DMAT account and holding less than 2 lacks you can visit their DMAT branch and fill the form. At branch they can not deny and will have to accept the form.
But even though you can convert to BSDA I suggest you open account with discount broker like Angel or Zerodha, transfer all shares and close your dmat account with Axis.

Agar Vijaya ki pricing sahi rahi aur retail ka khyal rakha gaya to listing gain jarur hoga saath hi Krshna ke comparison me agar pricing accha raha to Vijaya ki listing ke baad krishna ke share aur girege.

I an using icici direct BSDA account for family members since 3-4 years and no annual charge till date. Free account opening, Rs.1000 free brokerage, zero balance savings account and very good services like online ASBA, IPO applications and many more and now a days brokrage is also fair.
