As per record in 2016 KADAARA CAPITAL Take stake of 40% at 400Crores. So the valuation in 2016 comes to market cap 1000crore. Now in my personal view for market capitalisation in 2021 nearly 4000 to 4500 crores. Now in today situation what company, or its leadmanager thought about valuation no any bodies know.currunt eps for 2021 is 8.26 per share.peers trading at 70 to 79 pe. So now intresting to see on what pe and eps company fix price.

In recent IPOs, which are the best to invest now for good return in future?

Vijaya Diagnostics is a very good and professionally run company and also a popular brand in the states where it is run. Financials are also look good and credible.

So now one and only one most important thing that needs to be scrutinized is how highly they''ll price it and sell their OFS shares and whether they''ll leave any money on the table.

Why dont you also mention the book value which is Rs 35.23 as on March 31st 2021 for same shares of face value 1
Similar confusion was caused at gland pharma share where face value was Rs 1 and book value was more than Rs 250

A very interesting question is why company should leave money on the table? Rather for institutions money is saved when they are able to buy in bulk at single price
Sebi and RBI should stop misuse of HNI quota by way of borrowed finance. I think this quota helps them to cover their grey sales and many a times mislead retail investors
The method of lot system has resulted in abuse of opening multiple accounts in family members and other people names giving rise to Kostak practice. It is time that we shift back to pro rata allotment without borrowed funds. Let people put higher application money if they like the IPO and face actual risk like the last 4 IPOs have shown

Any share is good to buy at a price but bad to buy at higher price. So when you are thinking hold (buy and sleep) strategy you are buying basically at a future price. Risk may come in during the period of holding
Now for insight
99 percent of IPO share underperform purchased at closing price underperform index (closing index of that day) in long term. So better strategy for IPO buying is to make share free in shortest time then you can hold and sleep

Beware Krsnaa Diagnostic is trading in discount.

Apply only if there is minimum 25-30 % lower valuation than Krsnaa.

After discount listing of windlas sentiments of primary market have changed.
