Vijaya Diagnostic is a Good company, but the valuation it came to market is big higher side with face value of 1/- INR. Even if it gets 5% gain or discount listing I preferred to purchase in secondary market after 3-4 days. Being around 2,000 cr is raised as an OFS, management has sufficient funds to establish it''s centre in Tier-2 centres of AP & Telangana. I myself has visited lab {located part of AP & Telangana region} and quality of services is Good and also charges the customer on higher side when compared to Dr. Lal Path Lab located in nearby place, the charges for this Vijaya LAB is quite on upper side, similar to the price range it offered in IPO.

My experience absolutely matches with that of chem cho. For small companies buy back is a trick. Who run and buy offen does not get the desired benefit.
Sarita S is also right, here handling carefully means wait for the dip and buy in parts at different level. For star cement,level upto 100 can not be ruled out in the intervening time.

Yeah. In case of small cap companies, mostly it''s the case of pump and dump which many traders are not aware of. Yeah they are indeed traders n not investors.
