@Zindgi This IPO was lost in IPO rush so allotment was relatively easy. This could surprise on the positive side - good sector, though valuation is a concern. I will probably sell 2 lots and hold 1 as I cannot hold all 3 allotted lots. Good luck to all allottees and those looking to buy.

Having closely seen this company in market and known from its clients, it’s one of the strongest places SCF tech company with strong pipeline. Many of large banks have signed up for taking tech and its FY 24 revenues should be scaled.

Promotor holding would be less than 40% after IPO. If the company is so good, why are the promotors/investors selling their shares in OFS(equity is very precious for any startup founder and none parts with it easily by selling when future growth is seen)?? Promotor % less than 50 and still a SME, how would they raise future capital for growth without diluting further equity(debt??)?? Also a 46 cr SME with no anchors, QIB quota shows that institutions were not interested here(only 56000 shares bid under QIB and that too not by banks/mutual funds/FIIs). People applied here only looking at LM Shreni.

sorry missed your message. I bought today 13 lots, Company looks decent and having growth potential mid to long term, I don't know how the stock will behave in short term if flipper institutions are bought and still holding.

Friends things becoming scary on Sme ipo listing front cos with 30 - 40 times subscription and With GMP of rs 7-10 rs are listing in discount. May Sherni save this on listing day.

Shreni accha hai. But itna bhi nahii. Listing ke baad most of the times, share price down hee jaata hai. Research acche se karo, to samjh aayega. 😀
