The company seems to be quite late in encashing IPO euphoria 2021.

Apparently promoters are trying to exit with 100% OFS when revenue and profit has been consistently and significantly falling. Timing is really bad for this kind of IPO. With revenue and profits falling and end of pandemic is still not expected soon.........company may be facing cash crunch for operations....... Valuations will be the deciding factor........ On the positive side....some of the brands are quite visible ..........

Brand mein koi kami nhn I like manyavar a lot... Lekin full OFS aur bear mahoul.. looming interest rate hike.. increasing COVID cases means less occasions for celebrations and hence less sales..

I am skipping this one.
