Vasa retail is small issue and may be subscribed nearly100 times.And it is very less probable to get shares. Some days ago SKS TEXTILE sme alloted share @150.I think it is a good Mumbai based company presently available@109.its First day trading volume was over 11 lacs against alloted share 8.88 lacs.So it worth applying in SKS rather than Vasa retail

No it will depend upon no of times subscribed in RII vs no of time in NII/HNI.

Mainline does the same
