@yogeeee , I wrote to them asking the same and they responded saying they are not required to or expecting to publish any results till September Quarter end. That’s legitimate but Disappointing nevertheless! That said, it’s available at a good value and if dips further may be an opportunity to add.

@yogeeee I followed up with them, and it appears they are not being transparent. They informed today that their FY23 results were published on their website back in May, but not included in RHP nor published on NSE after listing. I accessed their website last week, but there was nothing of FY23 results there. Today, the website is not even accessible.
I believe, post my emails, they are only uploading their results on the website today and made their website inaccessible till they do that.
Not a very comforting thing, so I suggest you and other investors to take a call whether to exit or not from a company where governance could be a big issue.

@Dilip Davda sir, would you be able to suggest what should be done with such companies? Is there any mechanism of reporting them to SEBI for non-compliance?
