wellcome back vinod , after a long time

After Harsha Engineer and Antony waste this is third IPO which is again going to hit primary market after being withdrawn due to severe correction in the market. Both above listed positive so hopefully this can also list positive. Issue size can be very small with 35% retail.

@ HNI , DRHP filed during Sep 2014 but never filed RHP. This time they have replaced all the LMs but retained registrar. Earlier it was a combination of fresh issue and OFS. Now it is only OFS.

Check the fundamental of the company friend ... sometimes company name looks good .. but ipo company does not have any fundamentals and makes loss in market.. Rather than, applying first check the fundamentals of the company... Our money is earned due to our hard work. so check its fundamental and balance sheet of the company and then apply..

Will be a good bet , waiting for price band and issue size.
