P/E is just okay - bit on the higher side. ROE is good

Yes, Idle fund bhi nahi hai. Even if it list 5-10% or flat, not worthy of risk associated. People with surplus cash and patience may apply.

Unihealth - apply cautiously. ( debt risk)

Secondary market recommendations are none because we haven't seen a good correction..wait for one... I'll post some after a good dip.
