I think it is due to the fact that the Co. is spending huge amount of Rs.3.0 cr for IPO process. He feels that it may be for managing IPO subscription, although I fully agree with your observation that financial performance is quite good.

Yes his review is complete avoid as the company has got a very bright future.

Anything on D/E ..... Borrowing appears to be on a higher side ...
