@ suneel... There must b a companion with you at 49lots.. becoz its highly oversubscribed issue.. the only reason is lottery. Let''s check the Boa when its comes.

@noorul: congrats....you might not have earned in last 1 year in all mainboard ipos, which you will be earning in these 3 continuous sme ipos combined, you are riding on very good luck....all the best for listing.
@suneel/@noorul: no allotment from my 35 lots application. Luck was anyways too bad for me that didn''t even allotted nupur with 80% chances as informed.
Fine , this is the thing where we can''t do anything other than keep assuming better luck next time or until having good money accumulated to apply ;)

@noorul: for @suneel, its not necessary that he must be having a companion with 49 lots application. Vivo was subscribed 280 times and this one is 140 times only and still in vivo there are many single applicants from 39 till 60 lots so there are high chances he might be single too in timescan or he might be out in lottery. Anyways when you are below 50% chances so luck may not favor many times too, no big deal and no chance for any technical rejection etc. its just pure luck.

@ lokes.. i completely agree with you in this aspect.. no matter whatever trick we may apply while making a application... Odd ,Even, 50% above etc etc.. in the end luck has a final call.

I suggest suneel 49 over 50.. becaz subscription figures wasn''t looks like crossing 100 till 2.50pm. but again that last hour brawl .. leads it to 140x.

@Noorul, Lokes:
I was in dilemma for almost for 1 hour to apply 49 or 50 lots. Both Nupur and Timescan shooter up double in last hour. So lesson learnt for future IPos is to apply in round lots if there is any doubt of subscription. Again at the end luck matters, which me and Lokes are lacking 😭😭

@suneel.. round off also doesn''t work.. even in this case . You can take as a example of

What do you suggest for people who are allotted, should we sell all lots in pre-open or wait a little. @mravi @noorul @lokesh and other knowledgable brothers, pls suggest.

I probably have not received any lot for all my 55, 4, 1 & 1 applications as no mail or message received. Link provided by MRavi also says data not found for 3 application and for 1 is says no allotment. All amounts still blocked and nothing debited.

@noorul this is very useful information. Now I understand why I did not get allotment in Paras. There also, I applied 100 lots and got 0.

Next time, I make sure not to apply the commen number.

@avenue: congrats, your luck is also favoring you like noorul these days.
@suneel: whenever there is confusion and not enough surety of final subscriptions, better to go with round off number to avoid being single atleast so that at least be part of lottery. Remaining depends on luck anyways.
@ajnabeedost: Here for you, 98/99 etc was better but in paras, it was above 900X in HNI so there 100 lots was better. For more info, you can read comment number 47 and 57 from this below thread:

i think i need to use my experience to earn money instead of relying on luck ;) :)
last some months, whatever i thought , many times it happened same way in ipos , secondary market shares (including recent ipos and buybacks), nifty movement (options) etc but i didn''t did buying/selling much based on my conviction except some like in latent view/HP adhesive etc, so i will start taking bets now this year as per my thinking, may be with small amounts initially (since when we start executing our thinking then it may go in opposite direction too ;))

Sry @ajnabeedost.. you may have got eliminated by me. I applied 100 lots too and I got lucky. if there were two applicants, only 1 would be allotted.
But i think for 100 lot number, there would have been approx. 3-5 applicants (just guessing) and around 2-4 applicants would have been allotted. Let''s see BOA later how it allotted.

There was 3 companion with me in 59 lots. Other 2 eliminated.

3 in 59 lots , out of which Noorul got allotted . 4 in 60 lots out of which 2 got allotted. I am unlucky in both :)

@ajnabeedost, there were 11 applicants with 100 lot application. Out of which 8 got allotted. You were unlucky.

Allotment tells us if we were lucky or unlucky.
However BoA tells us How Lucky or How Unlucky we were :)

for 55 lots where I got 1 lot, there were 4 applicants and 2 got allotment so 50%.
Special thanks to 4th applicant for 55 lots, as, had he not applied, my chances would have rediced to 1/3 i.e. 33%.

As I said earlier, I''m the only person who applied 49 lots and not alloted. There are 4 applications at 50 lots. I might have got into lottery if I had applied for 50 lots. Again it would be have been lottery, but better than without getting into lottery itself..

Should be careful for future IPOs....

@suneel.. I m sure u misread the Boa process..
There was 7 applicant in 49 lots application including you.. and the competition was much tougher in 50 lots lottery as there was Already 11 applicant.

Yeah @Noorul. You are correct and I misread it. There were 7 applications at 49 lots and 2 were alloted. Atleast happy got into lottery and 50 lots has more competition...so not much difference for 49 or 50 lots....

@Noorul... it proves the point that no lot number is odd anymore and allotment is pure luck.
For 49 we had 7 applicant, 2 got allotment and for 50 lot we had 11 applicant, 4 got allotment. 2.43 ->2 and 3.9 -> 4 rounding effect

@suneel: still 50 lots (36.3% chances) would be better for you here in comparison to 49 lots (28.5% chances). Anyways for future, whenever there is confusion in total subscription better to go with round off lots only.
@avenue: there are many single applicants too as you can see, starting from 28 lots category and going forward, so still all these logics can somehow be little helpful because still many people don''t know these things.

For me, i was lucky here in terms of that final HNI subscription reduced below 140X and i got 1 companion also for 35 lots so we crossed above 0.5 atleast and was part of lottery atleast but there i was unlucky as usual and other person got the allotment :( Had the subscription been above 140 then we both might have been eliminated without allotment/lottery.

@c.dinesh: feeling bad for you too, with good lots in both application, you were unlucky in both. Even @devbull got unlucky and eliminated by other person with 94 lots (92/93 no applications, so had he applied that no. he must have got) and he was unlucky in his 61 lots category too. After 101 lots, there are too many lucky single applicants who got allotments.

I wish luck favors those too in future who are deprived of it many times.

Good learning from both Nupur & Timescan IPOs.
Hopefully we will get allotment in future IPOs.

@avenue .. interestingly, applicants with lot number 66,67,68 were single applicants and hence odd and they all allotted even though 66/141.38 is less than 50% subscription figure...

@Noorul Based on your observations of the Boa, it affirms that your luck is red hot and I and @lokes are going through a lean phase.

If the casino doesn''t come to Noorul, then Noorul should go to the casino 😉

@snipperRaj: 66 lot is not allotted and final subscription u need to check in BOA not here, which is 139.12X not 141.38X. and from 67 lot they have given allotment means above 0.48 number, as i mentioned recently in some other thread that it can deviate little bit from 0.50, means to allocate evenly all available lots , it can be considered may from 0.49 or 0.50 or 0.51 too

My takeaway is, in case nor sure apply for 10, 15, 20, 25 30..... no. of lots.

Yeah for sure.
1. Current market price of kotyark is 193 as on today but you have shown it is has 62 and shown 20% gain , but it comes around 280%.
If one or two days difference it''s ok but there is huge difference.
All this problem are there in the opening page of performance tracker where summary of all sme ipo''s are displayed.
Like this similarly there are few stocks performance.
you can will find the difference of CMP once you click inside that ipo.

I know that you have said earlier also, that these gmp data are not same in all cities & not accurate but then any data of gmp would be fine for us .you can also put it with a disclaimer that gmp is not accurate &.it is only an estimate like that.
Many of the members in the group wants to know gmp ,so it would be very much useful for us if you update gmp.

@Noorul... Fully agree with you. Lokes will be rewarded much much more in the days to come.... With this unlucky phase he is already thinking of expanding his horizon to Secondary market and options and we are sure that with his knowledge and dedication, he will succeed in any area he steps in.
Funny part is he himslef has contributed largely to make competition tougher by helping many gain knowledge. My best wishes for his success.....

@avenue: ya i will try my luck along with my experience in secondary market + using buybacks + ipos after listing (buying/shorting etc as per my thinking) + nifty options (sometimes when i am getting strong feeling of further market movement).

@lokes , You really need to be commended for devoting time and patience to individual queries. Most of the questions are repetitive and people just want to be spoon-fed
I would not recommend shorting and option trading (high risk) but secondary market mid/short term buy and sell would be a more secure bet
I rarely get allotment except a few zomato, sansera, ABSLAMC but my long term portfolio appreciation has more or less made up for it

I got 0/4 here but earlier got my first SME alottment in vivo.

@Avenue. Try many times clicking submit button. Up to result not shown. Data not found not mean that you are non allottee. Not loose hope and try. Wish for good result.

Tried continously for 5 minutes. It shows either data not found or contact system administrator. Could not find allotted/not allotted.

I tried 30-40 minutes and then only I was able to see.
So keep trying

@IPO BHAKT @IPOExperimenter : it can be sold in preopen if giving good profits like above 70-80% means 80-90 rs price suppose. Better not to be greedy here and then stuck like vivo. I am not much impressed from this company financials and future growth. if listing around or below 65-70 then it can be hold for some days with stoploss above LC price.

@Noorul.. are you seriously considering selling Timescan on listing?

@Lokes.. while you are rightly suggesting to sell at 80-90 levels, please explain why to hold if lists at 60-70 lower level? How can "hold for some days with stoploss above LC price" help?

My feeling is whatever price it lists, it will hit LC for a few days just like VIVO... So why not either Sell on listing or Hold till price is settled. Seeing ABC''s listing tomorrow will help.

Secondary market had a good run since a few days and is at resistance now.

@avenue: company financials are average but as per subscription and subject to rates, i mentioned that it can be hold if listing around 65 means if 30% gain. Vivo as i mentioned many times listed much above expectations so its hitting LC but timescan many not go into LC if listing around or below 65 in my opinion but if listing above 80-90 then it may go in LC due to profit booking. Just my guess. Lets see what happens.

It will be sold if lists above 75 and not if lists below.

@avenue: For safer side, ya that should be fine i think to book profit, if good listing. You can do same as noorul said here, 50%means approx 75 rs (and keeping stoploss will be better in case lower listing and not much buyer to protect from getting stuck at LC).
if listing at 90-100 too suppose then your will be sold at listing price only.

@DIPAKPATELRAJKOT : subject to rates for this ipo are mentioned by other people here around 35-40K , there is no such gmp/premium in sme''s.

@rsk it''s no coincidence that 11 persons applied at same huge amount. It has to be a single person applying in 11 accounts..

@sharehunterz.. the lot size applied is 448 lots . Its max allowed lot size for hni for this ipo per application. it is possible to have 11 different ppl applying maximum allowed hni lot size possible. Difficult to say it''s same person. But collectively, they have 33 lots - 7.3% of total 448 lots...they can set the listing price. they can put buy and sell order at higher price...and can buy and sell to each other.

Is that for Preopen or after listing...

@Lokes... To my understanding in Preopen I can either place sell order @ 75 to ensure I sell if listing higher than 75/-. Or else I can place sell order @ 45 to ensure I sell at whatever price it lists 45+.
Is there any way to place a preopen order where shares are sold if lists above 75, sold if lists below 51, and not sold if lists between 51 & 74.

@avenue: dont think much, why u thinking about 51 which has no chance.
Just keep sell order at 75 (or 80) in preopen and if listing above 75, it will be sold and if listing below 75, then u can see LC price and at 10am keep stoploss just above LC price and keep holding.
