One more company from Gujarat. Generally companies from Gujarat give good return. But here, last year i.e. 22 PAT has taken a considerable jump in comparison to loss of earlier two years. It seems very doubtful. Current financial year's figures of four months are also on the lines off f.y.22. Reserves and others figures are suddenly on higher side. Issue price at 55 not lucrative. Small size issue which will give good subscription figures unless any crash in the market. Difficult to predict listing price of SME, as any thing can happen.
It too early to say before Diwali opening trading.

Product prefom n cap is very competitive and government policy of plastic and environmental issues rate should also not so attractive. i don't think for long term .

Adjusted PE Ratio around 16, listed Peer is Cool Caps.

Things to be noted from the DRHP
-> Company has a total of 7 employees only and 2 people in senior management. Grand total of Human resources is 9 only
-> Sudden growth in PAT is very suspicious, as it is not in line with the Revenue growth
-> Company makes only two kinds of components viz. Closures (Bottle Caps) and Bottle Preforms. Since company is dependent only on these two PET products, any change in government policy due to environmental issues can adversely affect the company. Further many big companies are developing their own products.

Overall personal view - I will be in it for listing gains only if GMP is good.
