Can Exparts advice on apply this based on subscriptions upto now ?

If I apply two asba applications through a joint account will both be considered 1st party application

Only first holder's PAN will appear in application, so mostly it's going to cancle

you can apply from Joint account as each of the account holder PAN is registered.. I have applied from my joint account and have received allotment for both of us in our respective demat account

Somewhat reminds me of Cool Caps!
Overall company & financials looks good.
Complete fresh issue & proceeds are going to be utilised for new manufacturing plant & machinery.
Just one concern ~ no trade in grey!!

What is anticipated subscription in both category Retail / HNI ?

So many IPOs open at a time. Which page to be visited and which to be left, very difficult to decide. And getting not so much time that each and every page could be visited. Even then try to read/watch every page.

I liked everything and some what ways found everything better than logistics company considering performance and cost of acquisition of shares by promoters
Said that the dividend part is not understood which does not add up since u want money in fresh issue but also taking dividend.
Well I am writting as observer only hence comments are welcome.

I think it will list at par or slightly negative. If company is not fake and financials genuine, it may give some return in long (1-2 years). PET preform business likely to grow @5% CAGR in India. whole story is based on consumerism. Let's see, how it play at the time of recession. So my suggestion don't apply for listing or short term and/otherwise be ready for capital loss. Anyone from Morbi, Rajkot ready to tell more about this company?? (Anything can happen in SMEs and this is my understanding only). I may apply tommow, just like I applied in healthy life (which turns out to be allegedly a fake company/did not get allotment in that also). I am ready to take shock of capital loss for the excitement of SME allotment.😂

@bayan, I wondered about cash flow esp the dividend part.. as of polymer pvc based companies , there performance is poised to remain subdued look at mainstream companies like polyplex uflex etc .. cost of raw, margins, inflation, supply chain etc ...
Hence not taking chance trade here .. if I have to put my money I will put in the proven track record companies which are beaten up right now and good entry point

You are right. It is a fixed price issue @55. However, BSE is showing 5.4 lakh shares as cut off & 27 lakh shares as price bids. If both are taken together then it is definitely oversubscribed.

See thepositive listing and upmove as predicted!

It's a strange place (SME). If one take Fone4 and Nanavati Ventures cases, inspite of good subscription (though Dilip Sir advice in both was Avoid), they went dive down and still struggling. On the contrary, there are opposite cases, where mild subscription but went high and still flying. Then, there are cases where the gains and losses were as per subscription........
So, relation between fundamental and gains/loss does matter in long run but in short run at times unpredictable......

Technopack or Amiable ??

Technopack financials look better than Amiable but in Grey market Amiable is commanding premium whereas Technopack no premium.

Amiable is small size and will attract high subscription. Allotment will be very difficult for those with limited funds. However, capital safety is ensured. Techno has some risk, but allotment will be comparatively easier. My personal view is ' Will not list in discount' , but no surety. Listing for Techno may be 10-20% up. Amiable should list 40-60% up. Take your own decision as per the fund position and risk appetite. I intend taking chance in Techno.

Observations made after reading Prospectus:-

1. No disclosure of Factory licence or pollution control board approval found. Whether Company has the same or not ?

2. Number of employees just 7, how is it possible in a manufacturing facility?

3. No disclosure of customers found in Prospectus

4. No disclosure of strengths and strategies in Prospectus

What are the chances of negative listing for Technopack ?
As a new entrant with very high hopes I have already put my hand in fire in buying Phantom on listing day @ 315/-. Still in trauma.

So kind of going cautious as chances of allotment looks high.

It seems that I should have seemed advice in this forum before making that instinctive greedy jump. But never mind , I have managed some more funds to get going….
Allotments are so uncertain in SME …. Was getting demotivated… So to start the ball running I jumped to buy on the day of listing where I though I shall not lose the money …
But …..
Koi nahin, now I have the strength of this forum and super experienced unbiased seniors who are ready to help.

@Hope You should apply only good IPOs for the time being and earn some profit in the market. If you want to purchase from market start with main board stock as you can buy even single share. This will give small profit but the loss will also be small and bearable.

Maximum Subscription/applications on last day last movement….What is the reason behind that?

Big HNI taking IPO fund from bank/Finance institution so to save finance interedt cost

Small HNI/Retails waiting for good subscription figure for better listing gain

BSE demand schedule shows 186000 bid in QIB quota, but IPO dosent having any QIB quota how's possible? From which quota QIB get allotment?

In this scenario QIB is considered in NII quota, as there is no QIB.

Respected Senior Members, Dilip Sir has given May Apply recommendation for TPL. However, there has been no GMP since beginning.
Please share your views and strategy in such confusing situation.
I am very grateful for your immense help already extended to me and my dear forum members in taking decision in tricky situations.
