Broking firm Emkay Global Financial Services said ``Prima facie, TEL is attractively priced with some listing gains. The issue price of Rs 230-240/Share discounts the FY10E earnings at 11.9X-12.5X. Whereas, mid size companies like Mcnally Bharat, Elecon, Petron and TRF are trading between 13-16X FY10 earnings. This leaves at least 15-20% as assured listing gains. Further, considering strong growth in FY11E, valuations would become extremely attractive.``
Key positives and negatives of the company are analyzed by the broking firm, which are as under:
Key Positives:
> Approximately +20 years of experience in mechanical and electrical space- both in local and international markets (Africa).
> Has got additional boost with next generation joining the board i.e. Arjun Gupta and Nakul Gupta.
> Relatively clean balance sheet and operations - with limited cross holdings and related party transactions - the DRHP is relatively clean.
> No baggage or legacy of mis-managed projects or bitter experience of large bad debt 99% of past experience (last 3 years) has been as Contractor - served clients like Lanco Power, Gammon India, Nuclear Power, Rastriya, etc.
> Current order backlog of R s11 billion (L1 of Rs 4.1 billion), spread across nuclear power, thermal power, process and roads - this has multiplied by 5X in last 2 years.
> Revenue visibility is extremely good at 5X FY10 revenues, execution cycle is 20 months.
> Considering order backlog, TEL can post high growth of 50%-75% run rate for FY11E and FY12E.
Key Negatives
> Net margins at 10% in FY10 looks relatively high - competition earns half of these margins. So maybe net margins could fall in subsequent years.
> Large order intake in last 2 years, risk of execution cannot be ruled out.
> 3.7 million shares or 49% of pre-issue equity shares is held by Gammon India (1.1 million shares), FII (1.2 million shares) and HNI (1.4 million shares). All these shares are transacted at Rs 55 a share - 57 a share. There is possibility of some shares getting sold in the open market on listing.
Technofab Engineering, which specializes in engineering, procurement and construction services, aims to raise Rs 687.7 million at the lower end of the price band and Rs 717.6 million at the upper. The issue constitutes 28.50% of the post issue paid-up equity capital and the net issue 28.03% of the post issue paid-up equity capital of the company.
Technofab is expected to post an EPS of 27- 30 rs in March 11 as the earning shud get a boost up after in fusion of fresh funds thru IPO.The company moves into different orbit after such infusion of funds n high visibility which an IPO gives.
Even the current EPS is 25 on pre issue equity. If one gives a conservative PE of 15 the price target moves to 375 to 450 .
so this target Technofab is comfortably going to achieve once the retail shareholders selling is mopped up by operators.FIIs hv participated in the IPO heavily.
SO DONT SELL ON LISTING RATHER KEEP ON BUYING.IPO WAS OF 70 CRORES ONLY.ARSS INFRA WAS ALSO 100 ODD CRORES SO U CAN WELL IMAGINE THE HUMONGOUS RETURNS THIS SMALL CAP CAN GIVE YOU.
you will get around 280+ on listing opening hours, stock may be pushed higher after 2-3 days as float is very low some strong hand may take past 300.
its never bad to book profit and 15% on issue price is not bad return if you are a risk averse then exit at 280 and forget the stock or you may take the risk to sale above 300+
if it trades above 280 continuosly in first hr then you can take the risk for 290-95-300 on same day
