The forms which are submitted in offline mode have to uploaded on the system (done by your bankers) ... the subscription number given is including the offline forms uploaded ... which is why the RII category gets 3 hours of extra time ... their uploading is generally allowed upto 7pm although the QIB & NII categories close by 4pm ... in exceptional cases where the physical forms are too many (such as today) the time given for uploading is extended upto 9pm.

As far as businesss is concern I do not find any major breakthrough they have done and effectivly utilizes the ipo amount.
Yes one initiative that is online delovery they have started.
