Euphorias are created. (In simple language) ROBU is just a retail platform that sells Chinese products that was previously easily available on now banned Chinese sites. It was overvalued on issue price. Anyone who are buying at 80% premium, can't blame anyone. It has no production and no moat that anyone other then them cannot do this. They just cracked China to India supply chain, without making anyone furious. People boycotted Gland Pharma but pouring money in this one.

The company earns mostly from Overseas SME customers having funding, Positive Points: Good financials

The area of concern is in the industry in which it operates. The salary difference between a good USA developer and a developer in India is reducing due to Remote working capabilities. This could be a medium to long-term risk.

Also, business websites like Upwork & Fiverr.com could be a thread as the software developers are offering their services on these marketplaces reducing the arbitrage opportunity of the cost of software developers.

Due to the recent sell-off in the Nifty IT space, should proceed with cautiousness.

The average cost of acquisition of shares by the promoters is Rs. NIL per share.
