this is the useless company,i invested 3 years back in syncom formulations still the rate has not come,pl donot invest such useless companies,pl spread this message acoross.

Total Income and Profit After Tax (PAT) figures for year ended 31st Mar 09 are NOT posted under caption Company Financials. Are the figures not ready yet ? Is it safe to apply for IPO of such Company

Avoid this issue. The promoter was involved in another company with same in the pasr Syncom Formulations which is ran by his brother now. Check the Status of the same. Not at all advisable

Promoters wife is Director with 10Th Pass(SSC) and design the Products Packaging :-)

During downturns in market you will get such Shares for Rs 10

This also Very small issue,like 56.25 crore issue.so it will also oversubscribe.
