previous issues of the promotors suryachakra sea foods ltd and kalyan sea foods ltd were delisted. sebi penalised them also. investors beware.

Debasis, whenever you apply for any IPO then apply for at least 7-8 lots so that you will get at least 1 lot.
Due to heavy subscription they reject small applications.

Just i got a set back in Meghmani IPO allotment.
I applied for 1400 shares and got nil.

Shall i go for this and what figure of shares can ensure a minimum allotment rather then no allotment.

Please any one give his view..

The Company is also entering into Bio-diesel Sector in big way. The Company is granted Power Trading license by Central Electricity Regulatory Authority for carrying out inter state sale (trade) of power.
