Most of retailers money got stcuk already in Power grid,Koutons, and CCCL IPOs. So apply for this even with small amount of money. Sure allotment with atleast one lot and as the price is reasonable, definitely it lists in huge premium. As of 12 pm, overall subscription is only 8 times.
