Today 5 p.m was the last time to send mail to the registrar for cancellation of bid. So, allotment process would have to start only after that, so you can't expect allotment so early. At the earliest, allotment would be out at 10 p.m ( most probably even later than that) as this much time would be required to complete the allotment process.
