No growth seems for fy22 to fy23 in terms of revenue as well as profit after tax so assuming same P/E and eps for both year.

Though ISO 9000 certification doesn't make much of a difference, TUV Nord is comparatively a better certification company and tries to do real good in system improvement. Srivasavi is certified by TUV... which is positive.
