Its really surprising, though the company published its IPO advertisement on June 01, 2023, its final offer documents till this time not available any where. This is how the BSE SME issues are done and compliance is followed, no one cares for timely loading of offer documents. What is more surprising, as per SEBI guidelines, once the IPO announcement is done, Lead Manager, Company website as well as designated exchange should carry the offer details, but it was not found. I requested for the documents by email and calls to the company as well as the Lead Manager, but remained unattended. Approval to this IPO with less than a year performance it also raise eyebrows.

Really surprising... very scaring to take long positions in SME IPOs.

Experts, s views on this issue.Somehow it appears to be a mischievous one....can surprise positively ,not much just 5-6 rs gain.

Lead manager didn't have confidence on fundamentals of company .
Kept issue size very tiny so that it would be easily oversubscribed 😄

They aquired a company for 12.87 lakh and after 1 year selling part of it for 2.83 Cr. So can't go bigger than this.

@gyeyls TheNewBlack in my circle nobody is interested in such deals as post listing taxation issue arises .Also still not active activity for fixed . Whenever such type of deal arises the company manage to issue for fulfilling minimum requirements through lead managers of application which is more dangerous IMO.

By my knowledge sonalis consumer sme ipo is going to be 3rd smallest sme ipo till date followed by no 1 olatech solutions

Only one year old company with relevantly new LM too. Why in so much hurry to bring IPO?

It is mention in description that Appetite Foods was running its business since March 5, 2020, which was taken over by Sonalis Consumer Products Limited (including all its movable assets, current assets and liabilities).

They offer 10/ rs. EPS share at rs. 30/ what else we supposed to want more ?
