Everyone a sincere request from everyone

1) Please stop apply in any new primary market sme issue unless it is very very good. cheap P/E, good fundamentals ,lm etc

2) stop apply in new issues of navigant and first overseas. they both are frauds.

3)let the new listed sme gain first and sme market to stabilize as new issues will do no good

4)let all new issues remain undersubscribed in retail category so a message will go to LM, company as well as SEBI that we retailer are not fool to throw our money on new issues when their is no return

5) out of last 40 issses more than 30 are below issue price

6) let sebi come in a process to verify checks on LM and company as well so the company background is atleast checked. if there is any discrepency in prospectus the issue should not go through

a sincere request please take a pledge not to apply in new primary market sme unless the recent one stabilize and LM knows how to price it correctly and come up with only god issue

if yallow them to succeed and issue get subscribed even 1 ime they would keep on getting new issues and it is a defeat of each and every one of us

also the story of listing gain is now over so dont go and apply eeach one of thnking that you would sell on listing day.

my broker has told that navigant issues always fall 30 % post listing and on listing day only it remain at issue price

therfore sirca should come to its fair value of 100-110 rs in few weeks time.
those alloted should sell immediately sirca paints.also company has no name in delhi and noone use these paints.

155 rs. Lol. Let's stop applying new primary issue completely and teach them a lesson. With too many issues none will gain wither new or old ones. I am not applying in any new sme from now on and take call.post listing. Sebi is doing all wrong by allowing so many companies to raise money. Have u ever seen so much companies coming with new IPO. Senior should only allow fundamental strong companies with good background to come with sme IPO and that too apply if valuation are cheaper. The problem is good companies are coming with high price and that why no gain and bad companies will remain bad. Let the lm learn a lesson that first check the price of recent IPO performance before coming with new ones. Also sebi should ban navigant type lead manager who have all 4 out of 4 sme gone below issue price and made fool of public. Write to sebi to let them know and ask to check history of lm and also verify company background or some process to safeguard investor.

Long Term Investors no need to apply money in sme stocks. After some days it will come down below the issue price then jump into the stock. Even one point one solution Rs. 66 it list well and went to above Rs.100 after six months it came to issue price. So no need to apply sme stocks for long term investors. If you choose ten fundamental good companies in 2018 and hold for three years even then you cannot make money because out of 10 only 2 or 3 perform well and remaining 7 or 8 stock will erode your capital. So sme stocks are not consider for long term investors. If same person choose 10 good fundamental stocks in main line ipo for three years he will make more money than sme

As I said before no use to apply in sirca and will have flat listing. Why does anyone have to apply in IPO and wait for few days and can easily get below issue price or same price on listing day. Instead buy good sme from secondary market which have utilized money . Where are people who expected fantastic listing looking at subscription. Never go by subscription as story of huge listing gain is now over. Instead buy and apply sme where business is good and you can stick for long term.sme is now long term bets only and not for short term traders. Anyway I did not like the company and hence not applied. Future sme like clock etc too are clear avoid

Plz stop sending such message.hiw does broker know is not possible and no one believes u. Navigation issue can never give such returns and history proves they go down post listing. Market maker has to it shares as yesterday a fund sold it's share is a clear negative.

So only 32.1% allot traded
