I did some additional research about this company, and to my shock lot of things do not make sense. Number of employees on linkedin is only 12 including MD and few dummy profiles. most of them are executive/ backend people.. Only 12 people!!!
Also in last year, the revenue and bottom line suddenly increased.

This all points to some wrong doings in the company. This is big redflag and soon corporate governance issues will crop up.

Most sme is showing sudden boost in revenue.

are there any chances of a negative listing in them?

Today US market drop heavily.
Same acceptation from the indian market.

Indian market is flying high as market has already discounted for 0.5 increase in repo rate, so now going good.

Initial I was considering this IPO. but looking at subscription and fully prices I am little bit confused. Can anyone suggest what to do with this IPO ?

Financials are good but price looks high.

How can a company with artistic financials be a IPO candidate?

Business and performance is good. but market condition may effect ipo price. After all price is god. Bhav bhagvan chhe.
