I knew this would zoom as the company's previous CA Mr. Narang has been purchasing the shares in bulk deal.

Only stock among the recently listed SMEs to have only BUY bulk deals and not even a single SELL bulk deal.
HNIs have been holding the shares since listing.
Expecting 150+ post results

Company Secretary and compliance officer Pritma Singh has resigned and Some Malvika is joining so there is no such issue...a normal routine process

Is it for JFL? And, is it good time to enter?

Half yearly result date on 14/11/2022.

Sorry for intervene in between. JFL Life Science has already formed bottom near 43/44, and next year results are definitely going to be better than previous year as they have lot of unutilized capacity left and 18Cr proceed from IPO will be used to clear most of Debt. Secondly, 4.4Lacs share were purchased by their CFO's family at Rs 70, so I think it should go to 70 or above within 1 year timeframe. There is no reason to sell it.

I am holding all my allotted 10 lots in JFL, i dont find a reason for this drop from listing price of 70 with UC to 40+. As suggested by @ValueInvestorPA better to wait for the half yearly results and decide.

@IPOLucky, I think there is no need to take exit from this share, wait for 1.5 years it will touch 200 as their profit will also be going to be 2.5 times.

How can we see number of shareholders real time/ daily status? In Zerodha it is fixed 987 from beginning and shall update very late.

Yes, my main objective in investing is first to preserve the capital and I'm trying to follow the Zulu principle of investing (just started investing 6 months back myself). I guess gains small or large will automatically follow.
For preserving capital, it becomes quite important to extract information from balance sheets, annual reports, or other sources.
Today he placed the remaining 90K shares bid at 85.5, I was expecting that he would place a bid at 82 and was planning to purchase a few more lots. But I guess we cannot control the market.

Sir, as per the bulk deal data you can find only Purchase deals and not Sell deals.
This indicates selling is primarily done by retail investors and not HNIs.
So, we just need to wait for the shares to transfer from Retail investors to HNIs and then this share will fly.
From the Retail quota I can say that around 50-60% shares have already been bought by HNIs post listing. So, just need to wait a little more.

84 rs now in the low nifty, it may go up hold it for some days , it may get normal profit 50% until wait a good profit earning company
