Here registrar is Linkntime so I have fear to apply for this IPO because, I didnt get single allotment From past 2years from Linktime for both SME and Main Board. Can any one suggest the best way to get allotment from Linktime.

You mean all the investors, who sold in grey market has informed RTA for confirmed allotment.🤣🤣

@Basuvr You have asked me such a question, where it is difficult to answer. I rarely sell my application in Grey Market. Long back when I had sold Power Grid I got only 3,000 and had to pay about 15,000. Thereafter never sold my luck.
Now regarding your question, how many times you sold your applications and got allotment?
How can you believe in others views 100%. Take today's example of Innovatus Entertainment, subscribed 150x in retail only. In my opinion minimum 10% to 15% applications might have been sold in Grey Market. Is it possible to get most of the applicants to get allotment who sold in Grey Market. But to blame we need proof. Try minimum 20 times, get experience and share if possible.

Will the refund from this be available in time
for Oriana Power ? Will it be touch and go ?

Depending upon registrar and bank. It may or may not be available.

@J V Maa, according to the dates, the funds will definitely be unblocked and can apply in Oriana Power. But exceptions are always there. Let's hope you will not be in exceptions list. Think positive and be positive.

As on 31-mar-23, company has Rs 13 cr receivable from related party and directors, has given advance of Rs 3.1 cr to a related party and has Rs 2.9 cr payable to related parties.
Poor cashflow for 22-23, against PBT of Rs 11.6 cr, CFOB4T is Rs -7.60 cr, largely due to increase in inventory and short term loans and advances
YoY material cost has gone up from 57% to 64%. Impact of related party transactions in this is not known
Other income includes forex gain of Rs 72 lacs

Dear All,
Need your advice which are the discount broker which allows to sell and buy in preopen. Except Zerodha. Agel one recently I opened account but they do not allow to buy some of the SME, recently I tried Essence and it's been denied. And customer care Rpresentive said due to illiquid shares they do not allow to buy.
Only sales are allowed. I know Zerodha allows all the futures. But looking for some other discount broker which, provides buy/sell. Pls advice. Thanks

@Hope is life Sir, I am using IIFL from quite long time and found it good for applying IPOs in both mainboard and SME.
for SME pre open - I have tried my order was accepted..

I am using IIFL from 7 Years.

It's not a discount broker that's why it provides you with all facilities.

I never faced any difficulty with IIFL.

I always place pre ipo bid @9.15. seemless experience h.

- Company is into technical textile industry with products in multiple applications and end industries - textile, furniture, horticulture, hospitals etc.
- reputed promoter group. group company jagdamba polymer has given 46% and 23% CAGR return in 3 and 5 years respectively.
- Products of shri jagdamba polymer and shri techtex appears to be similar. this is strange as not sure why promoter is running 2 listed companies in similar space.
- company had set up a green field plant in FY 22 and from IPO proceeds another plant is being set up. Rs. 10 crore is for green field expansion. Another ~ Rs. 5 crore for solar plant.
- Company was doing job work for other group companies earlier. job work unit was spun off from April 1, 2022 and hence FY 21 financials are not comparable with FY 22 and FY 23.
- decent contribution margin at 45-48%. EBIDTA margin at 23-25%.
- sharp increase in inventory for FY 23. most of them is increase in finished goods inventory. Other than this, WC seems to be in control.
- HSBC is the largest banker with Kotak being another banker. interest rate in the range of 8.5-9.5%. presence of MNC bank gives confidence on corporate governance.
- Asking valuation of ~17 p/e on diluted basis is reasonable. Decent IPO size of 45 crore with 50% QIB portion. Beeline is a decent LM.

Will mostly apply. i am expecting 50%+ gain on listing or few days of listing.

Gujarat based Company Infinium Pharma which entered in the market recently @135 & presently it's 294 is doing extremely well. Now very good news as per the company circle is now considering for Bonus issue. Board meeting is being held on 2nd August 2023 . If this news comes true, a really Gem 💎 in the making.

Dear Experts,
In my opinion, the word used as "To consider and approve Issue of Bonus Shares" in the proposed Board Meeting dated 02/08/2023 is a TRAP or copy paste. The Company got listed in April 2023 and as per my knowledge they can't increase the capital for a period of 6 months from the date of opening of the issue except some situation beyond control.

The same is also disclosed in Prospectus at point no 34 on page 73.
So be careful.
