1. Selling Solar Tubes (Solar most good sector)
2. PAT rises
3. Very Small issue price of 14 cr
4. Reasonable subscription of 50 times
5. Listing at BSE
6. EPS - 8.2
7. At the time of Listing, locked money in other 4 IPOs Will be released.
8. Recent positive Listing of IBL finance with very less subscription in big issue size boost it's positive Listing
9. Review given apply ratings
10. APS, Swan 2-3 times folded returns in previous day Listing boost it's Listing price.
11. For this LM records, if subscription is in double digit (Atleast 10× +) there is no possibility of negative Listing. (Here 50 times subscribed)

This company is selling Solar Tubes.. Might be a dark horse in my opinion.

Planning to buy 1 lot @ listing whatever the price. Listing in BSE, at 90% and hence plan to buy at 90% preopen UC price

i don't have money left to apply here....company financials/business not looking great here and its doesn't manufactures on its own so margins will always be less generally in such business. LM also not good here. Issue size is not big enough.
it may give small listing gains so i think some applications can be tried to apply here for short term , doesn't look good to hold for longer.

Issue price was higher than my liking, had it been below 90 I could have gone with two retail. Also not sure if SBI will unblock funds tomorrow before 2PM (SBI Cut off time) for two IPO so saved for at least on SHNI and one SME retail. Kotak also not very prompt in unlocking/

I skipped this for one reason. Total employees of the Company are 14 only. Reetech which had only 7 employees now quoting half of its issue price. I got allotted and sold for a loss of 20%.

Also, financials doesn't look that attractive.
