Just a year back company floated ipo @150 & today it's 1174. Calculate the % gain in just 1 year. More importantly FIIs have also entered in this stock. It's in expansion mode and it's effect may be seen in the forthcoming results also . It's a truly Big wealth Creator.

There are others stocks too which gave this type of returns. Only question is to identify this type of stocks and patience .

I think retail subscription on first day in such IPO is mostly fake and will cancel application before last day

Yes might be possible but in the current scenario first day application will offer some incentives by broker so called interested party...

Small asking Market Cap means easy to manipulate. However; company declared loss for 3 Months ended Mar'23 even though revenue was almost same as that of 9 Months ended Dec'22. So, there's no economies of scale here either.

Why this promoter is coming up with ₹2.03 Cr public issue, doesn't he have any rich friends & relatives🤔?

Public ka paisa lutna hai... itni high valuation for relatives/friends ko chunna kaise lagaenge.

I am sure promoters have rich friends and family.
This IPO is to make friends and family even richer along with themselves with public money.

How many of us knows about LiveMint? Very few people read this newspaper. The Hindu too have published this news. But these newspapers are not read by majority of people. I don't know that Business chanels have shown this news on their chanel. Yesterday I asked my broker about the Adanis stock that why all these group stocks are down, he was not aware of this news.

If you don't know that in the past all such important news were published and shown on Doordarshan.

Dear Friend,
I don't care print media & electronic media about what they are doing and for what they are doing. It's another subject what the persons who works in the Market they must know about what's going around the globe. World is so small & market is linked with it. So one have to be very attentive & must know what news affect the market.

The most of the people works in market as per others directive. Most of the people don't apply their mind in market. They are least concerned about what is going on & how it affects it. Anyway the people who really works sincerely in the market, all these things are important.

I am giving you the best example & that was also written by me

Some scam in Aayushman scheme have been reported it's a news. It's simply a news , but for us ( Who works in Market) it's a very much important because the Hospitals who are treating the patients under this scheme may be affected and if any wrong things observed their performance also gets affected. So for us we have to identify such type of hospitals, isn't it?

If we develop the analysis power of any news, our performance in stock market also may improve. In short the share market community may be smart enough so that no one can confuse them.

They have published a lot on adani & hindenburge & SEBI.
Read that type of articles.
Don't expect detailed report on adani from Mass Media Channels & Local Newspaper.
Try to find some good articles like LiveMint.
Don't always expect good amount of spoon feeding from local newspapers and local & national news channel.

A very new Company incorporated in 2021. Might be foing Dimond business from many years. Surat is famous for Dimond business as all know. Financials are not satisfactory for such a short period of time. Coming with a very small size of 2.03 crs. SME. Means doing business at very small level but asking premium at very higher-end. One lot of 3000 shares. So, available lots are likely to be of 141. They could have reduced the lot size less than 3000 to 2500 or less. More lots could have been available. Subscription of 141 lots is easy to manage. Even our forum members only can subscribe full SME. Not more members are required to subscribe it fully.
Faith in this SME doesn't looking at any level. As far as listing is concerned, it can play any game. High risk taking SME. So, think many times before applying for small investors having low or no risk appetite. Many more are ready to come soon.

Only attraction is small size... easy to manipulate in either side.... rest all are very poor. Should be an avoid from DD sir also.
