​@Sagarwala No one is right and no one is wrong .. until and unless the SME ipo gets listed. The positive GMP ahead of SME IPO Listing and negative listing days alot. Many people speak loudly gmps and apply etc etc after ipo closing they vanish. They are not seen on the listing day.

Adani Port is a Indian Firm .. Auditor Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited commonly referred to as Deloitte, is a British multinational professional services network headquartered in London, England. Now Deloitte resigned as auditor in Adani Port and MSKA & Associates is assigned as Adani Ports auditor.

Is it compulsory for a company of Surat should have auditor from Surat only .. 😂 .. Magnificent Logic .. 👏

Miniscule issue, after IPO expenses, Rs 1.78 cr will accrue to the company which will be used for meeting working capital needs.
Based on working capital projections, company aims revenue of Rs 5.14 cr in 23-24 up from Rs 2.10 cr in 22-23.
Cash flow from operations is negative Rs 1.19 cr in last 3 years and company aims to have positive internal accruals of Rs 2.15 cr in 23-24.
Company has 9 employees of which 3 are Director, 1 CFO and 1 CS. No workmen, so it appears to be sub-contract / trading set up.
Of total assets of Rs 1.69 cr, Rs 1.43 cr is inventory and receivables.
Gross value of tangible assets is only Rs 4 lacs of which Rs 1 lac is furniture and Rs 1.45 lacs is computer and printer.
Total borrowings of company are Rs 30,000/-. If banks are not willing to lend money to company, why should shareholders invest ?
