@Ipoholder In my view, listing will happen between 41 to 46 approx....its better to hold if listing is around 40-42 and better to sell if listing above 47....
Here in my view, company has shown good growth in recent years and current valuations are attractive (not sure how much recent financials are genuine)....i don't find much fancy about sector and company products are more prevalent in smaller towns/cities, not sure how such things will grow in future....LM is good here so mostly listing wont be bad

Hoping for 1 Retail Allotment.

It seems company has paid advance for advertisement of Rs 3 cr 3 years back and now it is writing off Rs 30 lacs each year. If the whole amount is unrecoverable, why not write off in a single shot ? How has the company decided that the balance amount is recoverable and how did the statutory auditors agree to this ?
Company has inventory of Rs 8 cr which is shown with a disclaimer, as certified and verified by management. Does that mean that the statutory auditor has made to no reasonable attempts to verify the inventory or he has does not agree to it ?
Poor cash flow
PBT of last 3 years is Rs 10 cr while CFOB4T for the last 3 years is Rs 0.22 cr. Increase in inventory and debtors of Rs 11.23 cr over last 3 fiscal shows all the profit is paper profit only
Material cost has come down from 94of sales to 73% of sales over last 3 years whereas the general trend is increasing inflation over last 3 years
Tangible assets net value is Rs 184.5 lacs of which Building is Rs 178 lacs and Plant & Machinery is Rs 5 lacs as on 31-Mar-23.
Plant & machinery net valued at Rs 5 lacs but giving turnover of Rs 36 cr, wonder what kind of machine is that
Related parties have given loan of Rs 1.3 cr to the company
Company has taken unsecured loan from ICICI bank @ 16%. Wonder why it did not mortgage building worth Rs 1.78 cr it has for a secured loan which costs much less? Is it because bank did not agree to the valuation of building or some other reason ?
Company has Rs 432.67 lacs Income Tax Demand which is high risking considering cumulative cash profit of Rs 28 lacs in last 3 years.
One of the independent director, Mr Mosinkhan Pathan has academic qualification of SSC and has experience in the area of keeping the company up-to-date with latest business trends, developing better business techniques and practices, not sure what is means.
I cannot think of any other pharmaceutical company where the independent director qualification is SSC.
Address of another director, Mr Riyajahmed Sabugar is given as 16 Ukrdani Fali, India. Which town / city / district / state is not relevant, it seems.
While the company has 18 employees, as per EPFO, it has not deposited PF for any employee in the last 3 years.
Company defaulted on an Axis Bank loan in 2016 post which it was declared as a wilful defaulter. Company claims it has paid the dues however its name still appears on the CIBIL website
Company has received advance from customers of Rs 2.6 cr consistently over last 3 fiscals

Thanks for your analysis. Maybe it's their way of running business. Corporate governance is number 1 factor for investment in any company for me.
