Cyient DLM Ltd. a subsidiary of Cyient Ltd. has filled DRHP today with SEBI for its IPO for listing at BSE and NSE.
The proposed listing of Cyient DLM Ltd. on the Exchages will comprise an IPO in the form of fresh issue of new equity shares for an amount upto Rs.740 crs.
May be a good IPO, depending on the price of shares. Good thing, no OFS. Today's price of Cyient is Rs. 840, a positive closing in negative market.
