I am doubtful, if this will list in discount. I would have been firm on this, if it was mainboard IPO (considering fundamentals/market conditions/investor sentiments/etc). But this being SME has not given me 100% assurance.

This IPO seems to be giving a good boost to its peer business - Arvind and Company Shipping Agencies (ACSAL) looking at high volumes on Friday.

In comparison, Arvind and Company is a better business and available at good valuation today (CMP below its listing price). Their IPO itself was better valued than Sadhav Shipping.

Once the news of induction of new barges come in, their stock price will shoot up.

Not a buy/sell recommendation. Do your own due diligence.

Can anyone help me know in IPO application name in pan and bank is matched or name in demat is matched. Because in my demat they have put “.” Full stop between first and last name.

Also how to know whether application is rejected due to such discrepancy.

sir u will only know when registrar is KFINKART..(in the end of allotment email, u will see reason for non allotment)

u can see rejected application in allotment link too

even if u sent upi mandate request nd then not accept mandate, this application also count as non allotee

​@SMEIPOONTHEWAY For third party only PAN in bank and demat is tracked. No problem not only in minor changes but total name change also. One pan is treated as one person.
