Bullish on this - will apply 80% FF for listing gains (keeping some funds for Owais). If subs stay low (unlikely), will try for 2 lots.

Sector has tailwinds, biz is showing consistent performance, both in topline and bottomline. Management appears competent & coherent (see interview on ET Now). Good clarity in RHP in terms of future growth (deploying 2 new ships in Jan '24 & Mar '24 with 5 Cr / mo incremental topline, of which half comes from a 5 year contract with ONGC). Also gives comfort that they will show growth on FY'24 full year numbers (i.e. more than 2x H1 numbers). Management guidance of 35% EBITDA and 15% PAT is comforting and a great margin profile.

Not expecting Atmastco-level upside, but there should be moderate listing gains and enough demand to keep price stable post listing. DYOD.

​@MAMU @M Gupta , As there is no QIB portion, can they subscribe in NII category to get allotment. If so, then how we will come to know whether QIBs had invested or not. Due to QIB portion is not there, will this IPO is carrying high risk of negative listing due to high selling pressure on listing day. All other seniors views are also most welcome.

Senior members can we trade sme stocks in angel one and can we sell in pre-open please suggest i want to open an account. And which broker is good for sme stocks i have already zirodha upstox dhan and reliance.

Don't go with Angel.
I have account with them.
They do not allow to buy SME stock. Only selling of IPO allotment.
Knowledge marine engineering they stopped me to buy at 36. and at that time I did learn about SME IPO not allow by them. Now see the price of KMEW.

I am using Angel One and they allow to sell sme in pre open as well as in regular trading sessions.
Buying and Intraday not allowed to me.
One trade only in whole year is false for me, I sold so many.

As of now, I have decided to skip sadhav for following reasons:

Positives: Avg financials, Good LM, Easy to get allotment
Negatives: GMP is fake, actually there is no buyer ( or even if there is a buyer, its at a much lower GMP than that reported in websites), At most of the counters, there is no buyer. Some counters are providing name sake GMP, actually they fail to buy even two lots at the quoted GMP.

No QIB, means large floating stock of appox 38 crores with retail or semi retail (HNI), all willing to dump on listing so that they can apply in other IPO (almost similar was the case in Italian).

As such anything can happen at the time of listing in SME (or even in any IPO), but symptoms of this SME is like Italian. And when I have better options, why to take risk.

If someone can sell in GMP, then this can be applied.

I have been tracking these SMEs for quite some time. QIB quota in sme is a recent phenomenon (last one year +).
Before that, there used to be couple of SME in complete year providing QIB Quota.
Also, QIB names in SMEs appears to be repeated few names. In my view these names doesn't appear to be serious players.
The two best performing IPOs of 2022 (INA) and 2023 (RBM INFRA) didn't have QIB.
There is a need to dig deep of QIB role in SMEs ....

​@Jenishkansagra On using ASBA through net banking, No "Zanzat" of UPI mandates, easy cancellation of application with immediate refund and more importantly no rejection on technical grounds.
Generally UPI provide refund after allotment.

anyone facing issue to apply sme HNI in Indusin bank today says now allow grater then 2lac in Individual / IND but when i select OTH then able to process for otp so worry application may cancel due to different Category pls your view. hence

Planning to put 1 or 2 applications for this. Depends on subscription numbers tomorrow.

This company seems to be a reasonable bet from my side.
Positives
27 year old company with good number of fleet.
Healthy financials.
DD sir has given APPLY
LM is good.
Negatives.
Borrowings are very high(roughly 4.70 times the post ipo capital). Pls correct me if I am wrong
Only 8 crores out of the ipo proceeds will be repaid(total outstanding 66 crores)
GMP is low but recent sme ipos with high gmp , allotment is very tough.

If you're concerned about borrowing, let me correct you about their business role:
you can check their assets growing same time as they're buying boats and doing capex for business expansion.

Funds should likely be available for exicom, purv etc but last time maashitla took too long to unblock funds, so will avoid this

​@PLAZA Ji, Are you referring to UPI or ASBA. Although the allotment was out on 25th before 6 PM, ASBA was unblocked on 29th 2PM. Although 29th was next working day, seems bit risky.

Asba was unblocked in Idfc first on 25th itself.
