How to confirm if the blocked amount is not returned in any SME ipo. I have never taken this risk of applying in SME ipo earlier. Please someone guide me to bulletproof way of confirming the ASBA amount is returned back if shares not allocated.

What Does 59/59/13/13/13 means? Is it number of lots applied per pan per application? Or do it meaning anything else?
I applied 10lot application, i got 0, so is my application considered or not in lottery?
